The State is Dead, Long Live the STATE!
SofF is an artistic reaction to the collapse of democracy for the proletariat (worker). This collapse is the direct result of the rise of world Corporacy (bourgeoisie), erradicating nationalist boundaries, creating transnational worker masses manipulated by multinational corporations under the guise of regional politics.
SofF is a state without territory and national borders - a virtual state created by the proletariat.
STATEment OF SofF
1. Global politics and world trade agreements among the bourgeoisie have erradicated national borders, displacing the proletariat.
2. The proletariat have no political voice or adequate representation in world politics, except that of art.
3. Art therefore is the politics and voice of SofF.
4. SofF is not a physical territory, but a collective mindset of its citizens whose lives are in a constant state of flux, as forced upon them by their physical political and geographical elements.
5. SofF's existence itself is in constant flux within the creation and deconstruction of its embassies. It is in and of itself an artistic act.
6. SofF empowers it's citizen to meet on a common social need, allowing them to express themselves and voice their opinions, free of manipulation.
In solidarity with other virtual states, SofF does not recognize the categories of fixed territory, the principle of national borders, and advocates the law of transnationality and non-alignment. All have the right to citizenship regardless of religion, race, nationality, sex and belief.
